About this project
Shree Krishna Ghee Bhandar needed a complete online store built around traditional Bilona-method ghee, with the operational tooling to actually run the business — not just a storefront.
We built a Next.js e-commerce platform on PostgreSQL with a passwordless login flow: customers sign in with just an email, verified by a one-time code, no account creation step required. Checkout runs on Razorpay with full server-side payment verification, alongside Cash on Delivery as a fallback.
On the back end, the admin dashboard covers order management, invoicing, shipping and tracking updates, refunds, and a customer support inbox for handling queries and issues — plus an analytics view built to surface the metrics that actually matter at a glance, rather than another dense spreadsheet-style report.
The result is a storefront and operations system built specifically around how a small, traditional-foods D2C brand actually sells and ships.
